We would like to remind our valued clients that inquiring about availability is not the same as booking an appointment.

When you call to ask who is available at a particular time, the information provided reflects availability at that moment only. Availability can change within minutes as other clients call to secure their appointments.

Unless you make a confirmed booking, there is no guarantee that the lady or time slot you inquired about will still be available when you arrive.

To secure an appointment, you must provide the following:

  • Your name
  • Your preferred attendant
  • The specific time of your appointment
  • The length of your session

Only once these details have been provided and your booking has been confirmed by our reception team is your appointment officially reserved.

Simply calling to inquire about availability does not hold a time slot or reserve an attendant.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Additionally, when booking an appointment, you may be asked to call back to confirm your attendance.

If you are asked to confirm, you must call us at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and the time slot being offered to another client.

Due to the discreet nature of our business and our commitment to protecting client privacy, we do not retain client phone numbers or make outgoing calls to confirm appointments.

For this reason, we rely entirely on our clients to contact us and confirm their bookings when requested.

We kindly ask that you respect this policy, as missed appointments not only affect our scheduling but also result in lost opportunities for our attendants.

If you have your heart set on seeing a particular lady at a specific time, we strongly encourage you to secure your appointment in advance and follow any confirmation instructions provided by our reception team.
