At Allure, we welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to provide a respectful, comfortable environment for everyone. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, age, body type, or any other personal characteristic. Every guest who visits us should feel welcome, and every member of our team deserves to feel safe and respected in their workplace.

At the same time, our attendants always reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services with any client for any reason that makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This may include behaviour that is inappropriate, disrespectful, overly persistent, or otherwise inconsistent with the respectful environment we expect within the studio.

If an attendant communicates that she no longer wishes to see a particular client, that decision must be respected without question. Any attempt to book that attendant again, request her after being declined, or make contact with her in any way may be considered harassment and a violation of our policies.

In such cases, Allure reserves the right to refuse future bookings or permanently ban the client from the studio. These policies are in place to ensure that our team can work in a safe and professional environment, and we appreciate the cooperation and understanding of all our guests.
